Migration Law
The place of birth, the country of origin determines in no small part your legal status in Germany. I work in migration law, but also in the more specialised fields of refugee and citizenship law, because I am conviced that the chance nature of a person’s place of birth should not be the single determining factor for the future.
Criminal Law
Being confronted with the claim that you have done something illegal is – for most people – at first a discomforting and unexpected experience. In such a situation, it is important to Know Your Rights, as The Clash used to say, all three of them, and maybe even more. A consultation with an experienced criminal defense lawyer/counsel at the earliest opportunity can have an important impact on the outcome of such an experience. I am available to help you through such a situation, from the opening of an investigation until the conclusion of a trial, if need be – unless you identify as a Nazi.
